Susan Evans - President

Susan Evans founded MCAD Technologies, Inc., in Denver, CO, in 1994 and has been the driving force behind its steady growth ever since.  Susan began her career in the technology field in 1987 as the emerging graphics segment of the industry was introducing 3-D Modeling (the first 3-D CAD system available) and high-end graphics workstations. Susan quickly moved from a technical position to sales, but continued to focus her career development in both areas. 

Susan’s leadership development has consisted of participating in programs at Babson Executive College, Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth, and at the University of Chicago. In addition, she is a frequent participant in roundtable discussions of industry professionals focusing on international technology issues.


Joel Quizon – Vice President

Joel received his Bachelor of Science Degree for Mechanical Engineering from University of Colorado in 1995.  He started working for MCAD straight out of college and has been with the company ever since.  Joel became a partner in MCAD in 1998 and Vice President in 2006.  Joel heads up the technology group side of the company heading up the applications engineers, support group, and anything associated with the technical aspect of the business.  Joel has close to 15 years in the CAD industry.


Mike Pelock – General Manager, New Mexico

Mike was named General Manager of the New Mexico office in April of 2007.  As General Manager, Mike is responsible for the day to day operation of the office as well as overseeing all technical aspects of operations including technical support, consulting and IT needs.  Mike was recently awarded Elite Applications Engineer honors for his efforts to maintain the highest levels of certification that SolidWorks issues.  Before taking on the role of GM, Mike spent many years as a reseller Application Engineer as well as almost 15 years at Sandia National Laboratories as a designer and engineer.


Greg Milan - Director of Sales & Operations

Greg joined MCAD in 2008 as Director of Sales and Operations.  In his role, Greg plays a role in defining and executing business strategies and oversees the sales and operations team for MCAD.  Greg has 19 years of experience in various sales, manufacturing and engineering roles working for companies including Johnson & Johnson and General Mills.  Greg received his Bachelor of Science Degree from Michigan State University in 1991.
