CONTRACT TO HIRE?
MCAD offers on-site contract engineering services with an option for direct hire after a 6 month term. This scenario is a safe option if you want to “try before you buy”. MCAD offers free technical support for our contractors and provides immediate back filling in the event the candidate doesn’t fit the need. As in the first option, our screening techniques improve the chances of finding the right fit because of our ability to thoroughly evaluate a candidates proficiency in SolidWorks.
