Description:
SolidWorks File Management teaches you how to manage files within SolidWorks. This course should be taken before any of the PDMWorks courses, and is also ideal for any SolidWorks user not using PDMWorks. It includes explanations of the SolidWorks file structure, file references, file associativity, and how to manage a multi-user environment.

Note: The length of the File Management course is different than the length shown at the SolidWorks website. The course offered at MCAD has been lengthened to a full day. This allows the student to have more time to complete exercises that have been designed to reinforce the topics covered during each case study.
